Name: Expression of Interest
Description: East Midlands Railway (EMR) invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of Trackwork Services. This procurement follows a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise undertaken by EMR to better understand market capabilities, capacity, innovation opportunities, commercial models and potential delivery approaches. Information gathered during the PME has been used to help shape the proposed procurement strategy and requirements. The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify suppliers interested in participating in the forthcoming Invitation to Tender (ITT) and to confirm supplier capability, experience and capacity to deliver the required services.
