Name: Expression of Interest
Description: East Midlands Railway (EMR) invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of HVAC maintenance, overhaul and spares support for the Class 158 and Class 170 fleets. This EOI forms part of EMR's procurement process and follows a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise undertaken to better understand market capabilities, available solutions, innovation opportunities and delivery model. The purpose of this EOI is to identify suppliers capable of delivering the required services and to assess market interest ahead of the formal Invitation to Tender (ITT).
