Description: Please be advised this is not a lotted opportunity and all prospective tenderers will only be considered if they can provide all services listed within the tender notice and as below. Please do not submit a response to this pre-qualification stage if you are not able to provide the full service as the response will not be considered. Print and Production Services: EMR has a requirement for a supplier to provide the following services: • Annual station dressings (in-station advertising and branding): o Typically annual updates to all EMR owned in-station advertising and branding with new designs promoting rail value messages, ticketing products, and marketing campaign amplification. EMR also takes these opportunities to enhance existing sites where possible - either in the way they are creatively displayed or the materials used and review potential new opportunities. • Promotional materials for commercial revenue activity, new business engagement, and retail equipment decals • Signage for operational initiatives or infrastructure upgrades • Promotional and customer comms posters and vinyls for on train • Corporate materials for internal communications and business events
